Lawrence H. "Larry" Resek (LM) (10-48) was living here in Coronado in a nursing home at the time of his passing, despite the address in the FMA Directory. He was predeceased by his wife Shirley. The Directory address may have been his daughter's. Larry suffered from Parkinson's (not MS) for many years before succumbing. As more details become available, I will pass them along.
Changes have been made in the master databases.

I am sorry to pass on the news of the death of our friend Larry Resek this past weekend. Larry died peacefully after too long a battle against MS.
Larry joined the Optimist Club thirty years ago and was always a friendly face at our meetings. A steady tennis player who knew the rules, Larry called the lines for some national matches. He was an expert in electronic warfare for the naval aviation community during the Vietnam War.
There will be a memorial service next month, but the details are not yet available. We will miss our friend.
