The following message was received from John's Wife
John wanted me to inform you that he passed away on Saturday, August
23rd, 2008. He has been dealing with emphysema for some time, but the
immediate cause of death was complications from surgery for a broken
leg. I would like to have his death mentioned in the next edition of
the LOG if possible.
