It is with sadness that I report the loss of FMA member and fellow classmate, Thomas P. Butzen, (LM), 7-48, who, according to his daughter-in-law, passed away last November after a long illness. His wife, Sally, preceded him in death a couple of years earlier. Roy Mantz
